Pauline Crawford
Pauline is the driving force
behind Corporate Heart, having successfully designed,
researched, defined and developed the Wellness Map©
and the Value Creation Cycle process for creating Healthy
High Performance cultures. Pauline is a Sociologist,
trained as a top Image Consultant in the early 90’s
and has studied and worked with people and communities
for many years. She delivers major conference presentations
on the subject of sustainable performance and wellness
at work. |
Philip Palmer
Philip is Lead Facilitator
and heads up Learning and Development for Corporate Heart.
He co-designs the core programme materials and the Associate
Training Programme with Pauline and will be the voice behind
the Meditation CD to be released later this year. He is
a Master NLP Practitioner and holds a Masters in Stress
Management. His passion for enabling individuals to release
their full potential both for themselves and their employer
is key to developing ‘well’ communities at work.
Nicholas Bennett
Nicholas is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and a
Fellow of the CIPD, and recently retired after being Head
of the National HR Practice of a major global consultancy
based in the City for 14 years. With over 30 years of human
resources, executive and team development, and business
psychology experience in major business markets, he brings
a huge knowledge and experience to Corporate Heart both
on organizational and individual development issues
Lindsay Hart
Lindsay brings her organisational flair to create
Corporate Heart events and conferences. She also performs
as a life coach and facilitator; and has much experience
helping people to create a change in their career, their
working situation and their whole life. She has been a major
influence in the Charity Sector both as a fundraiser and
CEO.
Chris Cussons
Chris provides the financial management for Corporate Heart
as an FCA who has successfully raised money for a number
of start-up companies. He has responsibility for the sound
financial disciplines and planning necessary for Corporate
Heart’s continued growth.
Rose Evison
Rose is an Occupational Psychologist delivers the sound
psychological and research-based resource that underpins
the Corporate Heart approach. A successfully published author,
Rose is the expert on The Integrative Theory of Emotional
Responses. She adds to the development of the Corporate
Heart product range and gives a valuable objective viewpoint
to all activities.
Paul Creighton
Paul is an Occupational Psychologist and Psychometrician,
and acts in an advisory capacity on key issues around the
Wellness Survey measurement and reliability. He is a main
contributor and assessor of the survey and along with his
partner, Simon Hooper, in Creighton Hooper Ltd, has been
a major force in its technical design and on-line delivery.
Paul’s strong analytical skills and collaborative
nature has added greatly to Corporate Heart’s expertise
and resources.
Gemma Crawford
Gemma brings her operational management
skills to the team. Her background mainly in publishing
and online retailing enabled her to gain vast experience
in marketing and product development. She also manages logistics
for events and programmes run within Corporate Heart. Always
being around to help with guidance for the company from
1999 she is now on board as a full team player!
