Communication cascades engage people, providing a dialogue around “creating a ‘well’ community”
Improving the healthy performance levels within a business population is a large-scale issue and needs swift ‘communicating’ action. Communicating key messages about wellness is vital for high employee engagement to work well.

Using a consultative approach combined with a practical large-scale cascade process, Corporate Heart partners client organisations to deliver a series of Communication Cascades that encourage action and commitment from all employees.

The three stages:

1. Consulting on the key behaviour issues from the Wellness Survey results

2. Designing the ‘cascade session’ materials to align wellness elements and
     organisation needs

3. Managing group-led discussion sessions, co-facilitated by Corporate Heart
     and internal ‘leaders’

Attitude and behaviour change are necessary throughout the organisation to improve wellness and to educate employees of the personal and professional benefits of healthy high performance. With this process, key messages that emerge from the survey are placed onto the working agenda.
