Programme 'Healthy High Performance'
A core two-day Foundation Programme
forms the basic unit to learn wellness for personal and
professional application at work.
This
foundation programme aligns individual employee attitudes
and behaviour with role/relationship needs and outputs.
Where gaps exist between the perceived wellness of the organisation
and the actual wellness of the individuals, there are frequently
disastrous and costly results. This programme covers:
Introduction pre-programme
session: covering the purpose, philosophy and parameters
of a wellness strategy based on Value
Creation, using
The Wellness Map© and
Organisation Survey to take the
pulse of the business.
Two-day Programme include:

Creating personal
awareness for each participant of ‘unwellness’
and the consequences

Investigating
core behavioural with exercises and experience for creating
wellness habits in the workplace

Using all 12 personal
sections of the Wellness Map© (as shown) and action
learning plans to implement personal change into business
gains

Engaging all to
“work well” and set realistic and timed action
plans back in the workplace
