The Corporate Heart approach to wellness integrates learning and development from the Individual to Team to Organisation through the key philosophy of value creation

The illustration shows this principle embodied in a continuous value cycle: personal development adding into work relationships and producing better work results.
Measurable value creation is achieved by an individual commitment to increasing wellness; adding to personal/motivational value, relationship/team value, and organisation/results value.

This philosophy is necessary to grow each person’s human value within their business role, developing positive attitudes to behaviours and relationships at work that support and sustain healthy high performance.. especially under pressure.

To implement the value creation philosophy, Corporate Heart has created a unique linkage tool, The Wellness Map© and this is used as a core platform in all transformation programmes, communication engagements and survey measurement.
