Corporate Heart measures and builds on the four key domains of wellness;

• balance
• connection
• purpose
• performance

There are twelve organisation signposts used on the Survey which are aligned with twelve personal signposts used throughout the engagement and transformation programmes

PERFORMANCE domain represents the extent to which individuals gain and maintain healthy levels of high performance. The result of healthy high performance, at individual and team level, is that all actions and outcomes provide personal and professional satisfaction and growth both for all individuals, and for the Organisation
BALANCE domain represents a fundamental healthy equilibrium between body and mind, which creates the individual wellness that forms the foundation of Organisation wellness. Balance enables an Organisation to meet its targets through maximum productivity.
PURPOSE domain represents a true alignment of the individual with their role and their team, and with the mission, vision and values of the Organisation. Purpose is the extent to which individuals and teams act in ways that produce the highest possible commitment and pride in what they do and achieve at work.
CONNECTION domain represents the extent to which everyone is able to relate to one another with ease and understanding, and to value relationships at all levels. Connection ensures that relationships are not only healthy within the Organisation but also with clients, customers and suppliers.
